How to set-up access to an Email Plus account on an iPhone Print

To set-up your iPhone to connect to your Email Plus account, perform the following steps:

1. Go to the settings on your iPhone and select email settings.
   
2. Under Mail settings, select "Add Account..."
3. Select "Other"
4. Select "Microsoft Exchange"
5. Fill in the "Name", "Address", and "Description" fields
6. Provide:
   1. "Host Name": mail.emailplus.com.au,
      
   2. "User Name": the email address you use to login to the Email Plus service. We would have advised you of this in the sign-up email.
   3. "Password": the password you use to login to the Email Plus service. We would have advised you of this in the sign-up email.
   4. "Domain" of the bit after the @ of the email address you use to login to the Email Plus service
7. Save the configuration which will fail but allow you to go to the advanced settings.
8. On the advanced settings turn off SSL
9. Save again which should work this time.
