The new versioin of Zimbra used for our Email Plus service seems to have a fault in the new "Synchronise Signatures" function.
You might experience this fault if you have set-up email signatures using images. The fault will stop your signature from displaying the included images properly. There is a work around for this fault as follows:
You can disable Signature Sync as follows:
- Outlook menu->View->Toolbars->Email Plus Support to bring up the Email Plus Support toolbar
- Click "Advanced" button on the Email Plus Support toolbar
- In the resulting dialog box, uncheck "Sync Signatures"
After you have disabled the signature sync you may need to re-create your email signature as per usual to fix up the missing images.
